David joined Smoove Ltd's customer experience team in 2015 and later supported the eConveyancer sales function in both B2C and B2B. He became the manager of the eConveyancer Telephony Account Management team in 2018 and has been the Sales Manager at Smoove Ltd since then.
Phil Dawson
Head of Partner Services
Phil began his career at Lloyds Bank in 1981 and laterjoined Royal and Sun Alliance as a Business Development Manager in the early90s. He joined Smoove Ltd in 2006 as a National Account Manager and now managesa panel of over 50 law firm offices.
Jill White
Senior Partner Services Manager
Jill joined Smoove Ltd in 2007 after practising as aSolicitor for 20 years, specialising in litigation and serving as a partner ina London firm. She later moved to Oxfordshire and now uses her legal expertiseand knowledge to assists and manage a panel of over 50 law firms.
Amy Slatter
Partner Services Manager
Amy joined Smoove Ltd 10 years ago after leaving heragricultural background. She then transitioned into the estate agency worldbefore focusing on surveys. Now, she works in the solicitor panel team,leveraging her expertise to assist the company in managing a panel of lawfirms.
Chantal Wright
Strategic Partnership Manager
Chantal began her career with the Woolwich Building Societyin 1989, building a strong foundation in the lending sector before moving intomortgage broking in 2003. She joined Smoove in 2011, where she led the supportand management of lender accounts, developing relationships and a strongunderstanding of partner needs. In 2023, she stepped into her role as StrategicPartnership Manager, where she focuses on driving growth, strengthening keypartnerships, and delivering value across the network.

Matt joined Smoove Ltd 5 years ago and works closely withclients to build strong, lasting partnerships and deliver seamless digitalproperty solutions. He specialises in understanding client needs and ensuringthey get maximum value from Smoove’s platform, acting as a trusted point ofcontact throughout their journey. With a focus on relationship management andcontinuous improvement, Matt helps clients navigate complex processes withease.
