Sam Kirk

eConveyancer Sales Director

Sam joined Smoove Plc in March 2022, bringing a background in insurance and mortgages. He began his career in insurance and then moved to mortgages in 2013, working with Bank of Ireland and later with Virgin Money. Additionally, he held roles at Unum and Friends Life.

Justine Gainer

Head of New Business and Strategic Partnerships

Justine has over 30 years of experience in financial services. She worked at Virgin Money for 12 years before joining Smoove Plc in 2016. Her career started at Eagle Star, and she gained advisory experience at Barclays and Bradford & Bingley, earning CeMAP and CeFA qualifications.

David Burt

Head of Inside Sales and Sales Operations

David joined Smoove Plc's customer experience team in 2015 and later supported the eConveyancer sales function in both B2C and B2B. He became the manager of the eConveyancer Telephony Account Management team in 2018 and has been the Sales Manager at Smoove Plc since then.

Phil Dawson

Head of Partner Services

Phil began his career at Lloyds Bank in 1981 and later joined Royal and Sun Alliance as a Business Development Manager in the early 90s. He joined Smoove Plc in 2006 as a National Account Manager and now manages a panel of over 50 law firm offices.

Jill White

Senior Partner Services Manager

Jill joined Smoove Plc in 2007 after practising as a Solicitor for 20 years, specialising in litigation and serving as a partner in a London firm. She later moved to Oxfordshire and now uses her legal expertise and knowledge to assists and manage a panel of over 50 law firms.

Amy Slatter

Partner Services Manager

Amy joined Smoove Plc almost 10 years ago after leaving her agricultural background. She then transitioned into the estate agency world before focusing on surveys. Now, she works in the solicitor panel team, leveraging her expertise to assist the company in managing a panel of law firms.
