David joined the CX team at Smoove Plc in 2015, then went on to support the eConveyancer sales function in 2016, initially in B2C, helping customers directly with conveyancing quotes. Then moving to B2B – Support network and DA brokers source conveyancing for their customers. David, then began to manage the eConveyancer Telephony Account Management team is 2018 and has been Sales Manager at Smoove Plc since.
Phil started his career with Lloyds Bank in 1981 before joining Royal and Sun Alliance in the early 90s as a Business Development Manager. Following a short period as a mortgage advisor Phil joined Smoove Plc in 2006 as a National Account Manager and now manages a panel of over 50 law firm offices.
Jill joined Smoove Plc in 2007. Before then Jill practised as a Solicitor and was a partner of a London firm for 20 years working as a litigation specialist before then moving to Oxfordshire. Now helps to manage a panel of over 50 law firms.
Amy joined Smoove Plc almost 10 years ago after leaving her agricultural background. She then transitioned into the estate agency world before focusing on surveys. Now, she works in the solicitor panel team, leveraging her expertise to assist the company in managing a panel of law firms.
Chantal began her career with the Woolwich Building Society in 1989, building a strong foundation in the lending sector before moving into mortgage broking in 2003. She joined Smoove in 2011, where she led the support and management of lender accounts, developing relationships and a strong understanding of partner needs. In 2023, she stepped into her role as Strategic Partnership Manager, where she focuses on driving growth, strengthening key partnerships, and delivering value across the network.
Matt joined Smoove Ltd 5 years ago and works closely with clients to build strong, lasting partnerships and deliver seamless digital property solutions. He specialises in understanding client needs and ensuring they get maximum value from Smoove’s platform, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout their journey. With a focus on relationship management and continuous improvement, Matt helps clients navigate complex processes with ease.
