About Us

Sam joined Smoove Plc in March 2022. He started his career in insurance, before moving across to mortgages in 2013 with Bank of Ireland and latterly Virgin Money. He has also held roles at Unum and Friends Life.

Justine’s career extends over 30 years in financial services, and since 2016 with Smoove Plc. Prior to this, Justine spent 12 years working in various management roles at Virgin Money, previously northern rock, within the intermediary arm of the business. She began her career at Eagle Star after graduation and gained experience as an adviser at Barclays and Bradford & Bingley, earning her CeMAP and CeFA qualifications along the way.

David joined the CX team at Smoove Plc in 2015, then went on to support the eConveyancer sales function in 2016, initially in B2C, helping customers directly with conveyancing quotes. Then moving to B2B – Support network and DA brokers source conveyancing for their customers. David, then began to manage the eConveyancer Telephony Account Management team is 2018 and has been Sales Manager at Smoove Plc since.

Phil started his career with Lloyds Bank in 1981 before joining Royal and Sun Alliance in the early 90s as a Business Development Manager. Following a short period as a mortgage advisor Phil joined Smoove Plc in 2006 as a National Account Manager and now manages a panel of over 50 law firm offices.

Jill joined Smoove Plc in 2007. Before then Jill practised as a Solicitor and was a partner of a London firm for 20 years working as a litigation specialist before then moving to Oxfordshire. Now helps to manage a panel of over 50 law firms.

Amy joined Smoove Plc nearly 10 years ago after leaving the agricultural background where she then started in the estate agency world and moved onto surveys.
