We’re delighted to announce that we picked up the Innovation in Service award at The British Conveyancing Awards earlier this month!
The award recognises the legal supplier that has gone above and beyond to deliver best in class technology to drive greater efficiency for all stakeholders in the mortgage process, and ultimately, better customer service outcomes.
The win comes after the launch of eConveyancer+ - our enhanced platform that provides new set of service standards, developed in partnership with brokers and conveyancers. The new eConveyancer Communication Score, which scores firms on the quality and proactivity of their communications in real-time, has driven significant experience improvements for all parties. Brokers are now equipped with an extra level of information to support their instruction decisions, and conveyancers have seen a 23% reduction in queries, saving them three hours per day per client.
This innovation was recognised by the judges because of the potential for lasting industry impact.
